Membership Application Checklist

- For a licensed salesperson to join, the Broker and Office location must be active members of SRAR®.

- The DRE license must show under the correct broker with the Department of Real Estate before joining.

- If transferring from another association, member of another association within the last 2 years, or joining as a Secondary Realtor, you will need to request a Letter of Good Standing from the association.
