Beginning on Tuesday, October 15th SRAR and Jeff Kahn, Esq. will be hosting the UPDATED class series “Real Estate RPA, Disclosures and Beyond, the SERIES presented by Jeff Kahn, Esq”. Tuesday, October 15th from 10:30am – 2:30am on ZOOM Jeff will take you through the NEWLY UPDATED RPA information. He will take questions as well as go over ancillary forms and terms that agents may not be familiar with. Wednesday, October 16th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm on ZOOM In the DISCLOSURES class you will go over the TDS, Sellers Property Questionnaire, AVID, Buyers Homeowner Association Advisory, Buyers and Sellers Advisory, Sellers Financing Disclosure, Disclosure Information Advisory and more! Friday October 18th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm on ZOOM The series will then end with the BROKER COMPENSATION AGREEMENT and associated information. This series is being offered as a bundle for $65.00 for our SRAR members, or each class may be taken individually. Individual classes are $25.00 for SRAR Members. Individual classes for Prospective Members are $35.00. To register for individual classes please click on the class you are interested in. Registration for bundle will end on Monday, October 14th at 5:00pm. MEMBERS PRICE FOR SERIES $65.00. PROSPECTIVE MEMBER PRICE FOR SERIES $90.00
