Join SRAR and Jeff Kahn, Esq. for a three-part class series covering the RPA, Disclosures, and Buyer Representation Agreement. Each session is held on Zoom and designed to give real estate agents practical, up-to-date knowledge they can apply right away. 

Class 1 — Updated RPA Thursday, August 13th | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Zoom

Jeff walks through the newly updated Residential Purchase Agreement in detail. The session includes a Q&A and covers ancillary forms and terminology that agents may not be familiar with.

Class 2 — Disclosures Tuesday, August 18th | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Zoom

A thorough review of the key disclosure forms, including: TDS, Seller's Property Questionnaire, AVID, Buyer's HOA Advisory, Buyer's and Seller's Advisory, Seller's Financing Disclosure, Disclosure Information Advisory, and more.

Class 3 — Buyer Representation Agreement Friday, August 28th | 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Zoom

The series wraps up with a focused session on the Buyer Representation Agreement and its associated information.

Pricing

Bundle (all 3 classes): SRAR Members — $65.00 Non-Members — $90.00 Bundle registration closes Tuesday, Auigust 11th at 5:00 PM.

Individual classes: SRAR Members — $25.00 per class Non-Members — $40.00 per class. To register, find the class dates on SRAR.com calendar.
