Chris Griffin is President of LaRocca Inspections and the Check Companies, serving as the local representative for one of Greater Los Angeles’ most established property inspection firms. Founded in 1994, LaRocca provides general home and building inspections, supported by its specialty inspection companies: Sewer Line Check, Moisture & Mold Check, and Chimney Check. With more than 220,000 inspections performed across 100+ communities, LaRocca has inspected a remarkable share of the Los Angeles housing market — roughly one inspection for every seven owner-occupied homes in the region.
