Paul Minnick is the owner and founder of KPM mortgage, very successful boutique brokerage that operates out of Southern California.  We have a highly trained and motivated team that worked together to qualify and close all types of residential and commercial financing options for our clients.  The bulk of our business our standard residential loans with a heavy specialty in government financing like VA and FHA.  We have close many conventional loans as well that's not QM financing options on the residential side.  

We also close all types of commercial deals including SBA both the 7(a) and 504 loans, and have conduit financing available for larger projects like shopping centers an apartment complexes.  In addition to this we close many private money deals with a great group of investors and are very familiar with all types of commercial financing.  

Our team is incredibly diligent and follow up and problem solving are daily events for us.  Teamwork and great values all the hallmark of our company and we always seek a win win situation in every deal while helping our realtor referral partners and business partners succeed.

Paul has been in the finance business more than 20 years, and in sales for more than 30 years.  He lives in Santa Clarita Southern California.  Originally from Las Vegas with family still out that way.  In his spare time he enjoys hiking, all types of social events, and walking his pup Wendy as well as acting and improv classes.  He has travelled extensively and enjoys new experiences and other cultru4s as well.
