As a mortgage professional for more than 45 years, I have worked in all phases of real estate financing.  I have also had the opportunity to work with  the finest Realtors in the Santa Clarita and San Fernando valleys.  I have worked with first time home buyers as well as the most complicated self-employed person and everything in-between.  I have seen interest rates from the 1s to the mid-18s.  I have seen loan products from the vanilla 30-year fixed to reverse mortgages.  Working with people to attain their financial goals is my personal joy and pleasure!
