career in corporate America, working for

Bacardi Rum, and Frito Lay. Wellington started his tenure at Career Compass in

2007 and has become one of the company’s main speakers and trainers with his

decades of real estate knowledge.

Over the last 18 years, Wellington has spoken to more real estate agents, face to

face, than almost any real estate trainer in California history. Wellington has

coached, mentored or spoken in front of over 200,000 agents in his decades-long

career. Wellington specializes in marketing, listings and simply just beating the

daughter, Noel, who has just recently entered high school as a freshman.
