California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) will provide information about down payment and closing cost assistance loans for low and moderate-income first-time homebuyers in California.

Chenoa Funding will cover a Payment Assistance Program to help your clients. Highlights include options for more than just first-time homebuyers, $0 borrower contribution, non-occupant co-borrowers allowed, and much more!

The Los Angeles County Assessor, Jeff Prang, will be speaking on various topics, including, but not limited to, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) assessment, Proposition 19, and what to do when a property owner dies.
