Risk Management Seminar

On Wednesday, May 21 beginning at 1:00pm on ZOOM, the SRAR Risk Management
Committee will host a Risk Management Seminar for all agents. The committee is proud to welcome
guest speakers:

• Stephen  Lerner, Department Of Real Estate’s Assistant Commissioner, Legal Affairs who will be going       over “DRE clarification on AB2992 and other DRE current issues”.
• David Aniel, S.I.I. Real Estate Services, who will be addressing “Landlord/Tenant Issues”

In addition, the SRAR Risk Management panel will provide UPDATES on various topics!

• Louisa Henry will talk about Insurance Updates:  Wildlife Relief and Recovery.
• Gina Uzunyan will go over Legislative Updates:  NEW Laws.
